hehe... so long nvr update le. im finally back in S'pore. miss home so much! went thailand for the pass 6 days since 1st jun which was my dad bday! feel so bad, nvr celebrate with him... hmm, i spent over budget. practically spent cents i brought(left with only 6 bahts and S$8) lolx... by estimation, i tink i spent ard S$260 la... heartache, heartache. then spent 10 over bucks on tips which was a compulsory act in thai! sian... shopping was so so so FUN! went to the wkend market, MBK shopping centre, Suan Lum Night Market and shopping malls cum streetside stalls near the IBIS hotel!
I'm really really sick of RICE now. thai have rice for every single meal! so except breakfast, i hav to put up with rice for 6 days. lolx. then every morning, v standard: sausages, eggs, potatoes, bread, cereal, tea/orange juice/ fruit punch... but cant deny tt the food was quite nice. we had meals at restaurants and hotels except for once in the university canteen which was rather dirty with flies. so tt time i didnt eat cos none of the food on the table was of my liking... its all so curry like... and i dun eat curry! plus, tt was lyk the 2nd day and i was suffering from tummyache la. initially when i arrived in thai, i seriously cant adapt to the food there. i tink mayb its due to my overly cleanliness habit. stomach kept aching, had to survive on medicine i bought!
the band had their concert and practices, so this trip cultivate our (jacynth and i) knowledge for the art of stoning. we jus stone our way through s we r not involve in the performance. bcos of this the t'cher assigned us we the duty of taking videos. on the actual day of the performances, and jacynth bought a bag the day b4, we were able to bring our notes to the concert hall. so we studied while the band ppl were rehearsing. haha... so i studied gravitation and sequences and series... haha.
actually, jacynth and i intended to study during the thai trip but there was no time at all. we only manage to study b4 the concert and once at night for 45 mins. so sad!!! we dun even hav time to slp, slp ard on average 5hrs per day at 12-1am at night which is s'pore time 1-2am... then hav to wake up ard 7am... so torturous!
oh yes, then sth v funnie happen after the performance tt day. there was dis uni student who came up to ask for my email. then i was like huh, wad email?? then i acted blur and asked u want the cj band email or our emails? then he said the emails of ours, so i replied u wan the emails, u can go over there and asked the band ppl for theirs. as for me, i jus acted lyk there's was communication gap, so his friends came over to help but to no avail,so they finally gave up. after tt, jacynth and i laughed our way through!!! then i threaten to giv them her email when she said she shld hav given them my... hahahaha... sounds so lame. mayb tts the side-effect of excessive stoning!!!
it was so long since i last took a plane. but wad i can say is tt its v v v shiok esp when the plane took off. the journey made me think of chong shang yun xiao. so cool! penetrating thru the clouds. it wasnt as terrifying as what shows normally picture it to b... so lesson learnt, try it urself! nvr believe 100% wad shows convey! lolx!!! oso realised tt wad seems big cn b actually quite minute.
hmm, i guess im getting rather nonsense in dis post le, i dun even noe wad im typing now... lolx... anwz, if u dun get wad i meant above, jus ignore la, cos i dun too!!! haha...
